These Terms govern your use of forgedlearn.com (the "Site"), operated by Omnistrata, LLC. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
- Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- If you sign in with Google or GitHub, your use of those services is also governed by their terms.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Learning content and Helix
ForgEd courses and Helix's answers are for educational purposes. They are not professional, legal, financial, or career advice, and Helix can make mistakes. Verify important information before relying on it.
Certificates
ForgEd certificates show that you completed ForgEd coursework. They are not accredited degrees or professional licenses. We may revoke certificates earned through cheating or misuse.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Site. That includes attempting to break its security, scraping it at scale, sharing quiz answers to cheat, or using Helix to generate harmful or illegal content.
Intellectual property
ForgEd's courses, content, design, and branding belong to Omnistrata, LLC. You may use them for your own personal learning.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Omnistrata, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability is limited to $100.
Changes
We may update these Terms and will post changes here with a new date. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
